Alonzo King LINES Ballet had an incredible Spring Tour performing throughout Slovenia, Germany, France and Ireland. In Rouen, France, the company had the pleasure of performing SHOSTAKOVICH with live musicians. Enjoy a sneak peek into the process of integrating these new artists during rehearsal on tour:


LINES Ballet Summer Tour 2016

From a castle in Turkey to an ancient amphitheater in southern France to modern outdoor venues that seat thousands, the company’s July European tour will be a memorable one.

It begins on July 9 in Ravenna, Italy at the Palazzo Mauro de Andre. They then travel to southern France to the Theatre Antique, a stone first-century amphitheater in Vaison la Romaine, to perform under the stars on July 12. Onto Barcelona for the Grec Festival’s 40th year celebration, Bolzano, Italy and finally Bodrum, Turkey before returning home and preparing for our Fall Home Season. Mark your calendars for August 29 when tickets go on sale for our San Francisco performances in November!
